Perfect choice for chocolate lovers! In Egypt is great to use pieces of chocolate sold in Abu Ashara by weight. Ingredients:
- 80 gr butter ( I always use Fern)
- 100 gr chocolate
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 glass of sugar
- 1 glass of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation:
Put chocolate and butter in the pot and melt it (mixing from time to time). Add milk and mix it together. In one bowl mix eggs with sugar. In the other bowl put flour and baking powder and mix it well. To the chocolate mixture add eggs with sugar, and than flour with baking powder. Mix everything and put it on the covered with oil layer plate. Put the in the oven preheated to 175° for about 30-40 minutes.
The recipe is for the 21 cm plate . You can use a bigger plate but than it will be thinner 🙂
